Schedule your appointment for your specific concern either an annual, pre-natal or a specialty visit. Scheduling appropriately will prevent unnecessary rescheduling. Download our patient registration forms and fill them out before your visit in order to expedite your check-in.  The setting is a comfortable as you will find when you enter the office. Sign in. Fill out your patient information profile if you haven't already downloaded them from the internet, make sure the information is accurate, just in case the Dr. needs to get in contact with you. Have a seat, relax and make a note of the questions or concerns that you have come to the office to see the about. Take a deep breath, we will call your name soon. Sometimes  things get slow, the Dr. has to make some complicated decisions at times, but if your case is complicated you will get the same attention. Infrequently the Dr. has to run out to deliver a baby, the staff will make special arrangements to reschedule your appointment. If you definitely need to be seen schedule a visit with our associate Keena Samuels. Our prescriptions are electronic so bring a copy of your pharmacy address and phone number, a list of your current medications, insurance card and government  identification.

 

On Saturday we offer what we call Pap in a Snap, we try to limit our visits Annuals and minor problems. This allows us to offer expedited service to our busy New Yorkers.
